Products designated as final sale, clearance items, personalized products, or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions if your request qualifies.
3. Return Shipping
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If we determine that the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may provide a prepaid return label or arrange an alternative resolution at no additional cost to you.
Customer preference returns: If the return is requested due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or other customer preference reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or stated in a promotion.
4. Inspection and Approval

5. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange, please indicate this when contacting our support team. Eligible items may be exchanged for the same item or another available product of equal or lesser value, subject to inventory availability.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may not be possible, and the order may instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number;
- Clear photographs of the item and packaging;
- A description of the issue.
After review, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or other remedy where applicable.
9. Non-Returnable Items

10. Restocking Fees
Corner Stone Hardware does not currently charge a restocking fee on approved returns unless specifically disclosed at the time of purchase.
