Shipping Policy

At Corner Stone Hardware, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and with care. Our goal is to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable from the moment you place your order until it reaches your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy below for full details.

1. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 5:00 PM (EST) on business days are processed the same day. Orders received after this time, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

2. Processing Time

All orders are prepared, packaged, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of purchase. During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly, and we will notify you if any significant delay occurs.

3. Transit Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 6–8 business days depending on your delivery location within the United States. Remote or rural addresses may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Total Delivery Time

From the time you place your order to the moment you receive it, the estimated total delivery window is 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping Fees

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the continental United States. There are no hidden shipping or handling fees for standard deliveries. Expedited shipping options, if available, will be displayed during checkout with applicable charges.

6. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using trusted national and regional carriers. Tracking information will be provided once your shipment leaves our facility.

7. Secure Packaging and Handling

Every product is packaged carefully and inspected before shipment to help ensure it reaches you in excellent condition. Our packaging materials are selected to protect your items during transit.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, when available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, our support team will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package to a corrected address.

11. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact our customer support team. We will assist in working with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should also contact the carrier directly for assistance.
